Day 2: Lake Nakuru — A Gentle Day of Wildlife Viewing
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed game drive through Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is known for its rhinos, diverse birdlife, scenic lake views and wooded landscapes. Your guide will help you look for wildlife while allowing time to appreciate the scenery.
Return to the lodge for lunch and an afternoon break. If you would like to explore more, a second game drive may be arranged, or you can enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your accommodation.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara — Journey to the Open Plains

On arrival, check in at your camp or lodge and take time to settle in. An afternoon game drive is optional only if your arrival time, park access and accommodation location allow enough time to enjoy it comfortably. Otherwise, relax and enjoy your first evening in the Mara.

Day 4: Maasai Mara — Your First Full Day on Safari

Return to camp for lunch and time to relax during the warmer hours. In the afternoon, choose another game drive or stay at the camp and enjoy the peaceful wilderness surroundings.

After lunch, enjoy an afternoon rest or choose a final game drive. Optional experiences such as a hot-air balloon safari may be available with advance booking and an additional charge; if selected, the day’s activities will be adjusted to accommodate the early start.
Spend your final evening enjoying dinner and the quiet atmosphere of the wilderness.

Day 8: Maasai Mara to Nairobi — A Relaxed Return

Take suitable breaks along the way and enjoy the changing countryside as you return to the city. Your arrival time will depend on road conditions, traffic and your final drop-off point.
